We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is suspected.

3. Products & Descriptions

  • All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal and supplier availability.

  • Images on the website are representative only.

  • Where necessary, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made while maintaining the overall style and colour palette.

  • Variations may occur due to natural characteristics of flowers.

Exact replication of arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.

  • We accept payment via Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Prices displayed at checkout are final.

5. Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Fleur Designs Ltd.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, extreme weather, or courier issues are outside our control.

  • Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 10.30am that day.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Same-day delivery and custom arrangements cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

8. Refunds & Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue.

  • Photo evidence may be required.

  • Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Perishable goods such as flowers are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs are the property of Fleur Designs Ltd and may not be used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleur Designs Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

13. Force Majeure
